ECG CHARACTERISTICS IN ELECTROLYTE DISBALANCE
Hyperkalaemia:
Tall-tented T waves, small P waves, widened QRS leading to a sinusoidal pattern and asystole.
Hypokalemia:
Flat T waves, ST depression and prominent U waves
Hypercalcaemia:
Shortened QT intervals
Hypocalcaemia:
Prolonged QT intervals
